境外人员健康检查证明 

（1）国际利博棋牌官网新人权益到南京市出入境指定的江苏国际旅行卫生保健中心进行体检后，由该单位发放。 相关阅读办理时间为4个工作日，体检费用由利博棋牌官网新人权益自理。

Certificate of Health Examination for International Travelers 

(1) International students should have their health examined at Jiangsu International Travel Healthcare Center which will issue the certificate after 4 working days. International students will have to bear the medical examination costs by themselves.

(2) An international student should also have his/her health examined in his/her own country as specified on the Physical Examination Record for Foreigner before he/she enters China.

(3) Upon his/her arrival on campus, the student should have his/her health documents authenticated, with his/her passport, Physical Examination Record for Foreigner, blood test results, X-ray report and other relevant documents, as well as two 2-inch passport photographs, at the agency specified by Nanjing Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau.

(4) Anyone without Physical Examination Record for Foreigner or with some unqualified items of the record is required to have a medical examination, with his/her passport and two 2-inch passport photographs. The examination results will be valid for one year from the date of issue.

(5) Refusal to take the above-mentioned medical examination or failure to pass it will automatically invalidate student’s admission to NUAA. The student in question will be required to leave China immediately at his/her own expense.

(6) Medical examination is usually made in the fasting state. No food and drinks are allowed after 8 p.m. the night before physical examination.
